The role: Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineers provide support and resolve customer cases for our ad-serving platform, including system configuration, network setup and diagnosis, websites integration and day-to-day use of the solutions. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical assistance and remote troubleshooting support as a part of global support organization. You will also work closely with engineers, product managers and sales engineers to improve the product's vision and to make our customers' business successful.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support and resolve customer cases for the Smart AdServer’s platforms and other products in system configuration.
• Provide technical assistance and developer support as part of a global support organization.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and sales engineers to improve the product's vision and to make Smart AdServer’s customers successful.
Requirements:
• Master degree preferred in Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Relevant industry experience in technical support, professional services or online marketing
• Strong understanding of Web-related standards, such as HTML, CSS, javascript, flash.
• Outstanding follow-through and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting (asp.net http://asp.net, js) as well as experience with relational databases (MS SQLServer ) is preferred.
• Advanced German language skills.
