JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Contribute to the standardization of coding standards and processes.
• Produce web sites that adhere to web standards and best practice guidelines including organic search engine optimization and accessibility development techniques. Work very closely with Creative Designers, and Information Architects to ensure successful implementation of new interface design and functionality.Transform design comps, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web interfaces. Produce web sites that adhere to web standards and best practice guidelines including organic search engine optimization and accessibility development techniques.
• Web Development: XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSL, Flash (including Actionscript)
• Working knowledge of W3C standards including HTML and Accessibility
• Graphic Development: Photoshop, Illustrator Flash (including Actionscript)
• Web 2.0 technologies (blogs, podcasts etc.)
• Content Management: Experience of Documentum web publisher or other CMS systems would be a plus
